Our Reward Points, how can you use them?

When you place an order with Dr. Jetske Ultee, you can earn Reward Points. How does that work exactly? And how can you use them for a discount?
 

How do you receive Reward Points?

You receive Reward Points when purchasing products in our webshop. You earn one point per euro. The Reward Points are recorded in your personal account. So, it's important to create one before placing your order to take advantage of the reward system.

How much discount are the Reward Points worth?

With Reward Points, you can get a discount on products. To do this, you first need to build up a 'pot.' Once you have collected 100 Reward Points or more, you can start using your points. For every 100 Reward Points, you will receive a €3 discount on your next purchase. It is not possible to use the points earlier. If you have collected 200 Reward Points in the webshop, you can, for example, order the Moisturizer for €43.95 instead of €49.95. If your point balance is 300 and you would like to order a new Suncare SPF 30, you will pay €30.95 instead of €39.95; the Suncare SPF 15 costs €26.95 instead of €35.95 when you use 300 points.
 

Can you use Reward Points for all products?

The Reward Points cannot be redeemed when paying for the non-profit product Suncover, the Foundation Sample Card, or for offsetting costs for the so-called Same Day Delivery. For all other products from the makeup and skincare line in the webshop, you are allowed to use the points.
 

How do you redeem your Reward Points?

Would you like to redeem your Reward Points during your payment? This can be done in the last step of the ordering process in the webshop. However, you need to create an account first. You can only redeem Reward Points when you are logged in. In the video below, you can see where to enter your points. Select 'pay with Reward Points' under 'payment'.
