Dr. Jetske Ultee: “To give you a good impression of what my Azelaic Serum can do for various skin problems, I want to show you some before and after photos of the various people who took part in my research. All participants were suffering from troubled skin – some of them for a long time already.

A few participants were already using some of my products, others weren’t. That didn’t matter. I wanted to find out to what extent their problems could be reduced by adding the Serum to their skincare routine. For most of them this was already the case after four to eight weeks.

"In these photos you can see how the redness and bumps on the skin have decreased. The inflammation has clearly been reduced. What’s invisible to the naked eye, but what we were able to see under the microscope, is the strong reduction in the number of demodex mites. An overgrowth of these skin mites often plays a role in causing rosacea or acne. This was the case for eleven of the participants at the beginning of the research. And in most cases, we saw a clear reduction after eight weeks of use."

"This participant has a relatively rare form of rosacea, which can cause cheeks to swell. You can clearly see that the redness has decreased. Her skin is calmer. And what was special to me was that this woman felt much more confident as a result of these improvements."

"This is our youngest participant, seventeen years old. He had already been suffering from blackheads and inflammations for several years. Peelings and treatments at the beauticians had failed to improve matters. Other than that, the boy did not have a skincare routine. He occasionally used a cream for dry skin.

We gave this participant a slightly different treatment plan. Aside from the Serum, he also received the Cleanser, Toner, Exfoliant and Suncare. When he suffered from dry skin, he could add his existing cream.
