This product for the face and body contains mild ingredients and effective sun filters. The sun filters in this sun cream are relatively new and are among the safest sun filters to be found. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) has been added to the Suncover sun cream. This ingredient has been shown to protect the skin against the sun. As well as this, Niacinamide soothes the skin and strengthens the barrier function. The product can be used for children as well as adults.

Dr. Jetske Ultee: “Because I feel that everyone has the right to good sun protection, through my Society, Sunwiser, I have developed the sun cream ‘Suncover’. Together with my national sun campaign Smeer je in! I hope to make children and parents aware about the importance of sun protection.”

1. Can I use the sun cream for my face too?

Yes, you can use the sun cream for your face and body.

2. How long can I keep the sun cream?

The sun cream will last for 12 months after opening. The ‘open pot’ symbol on the side of the bottle displays this.

3. What is ‘non-profit’?

The proceeds of sun cream goes straight to the Sunwiser Society. This means that, among other things, the money can go towards developing new teaching materials.

4. Stains from the sun cream?

The sun cream may leave a stain on light coloured clothing. Therefore, to avoid stains let the sun cream absorb in properly before putting your clothes on. If it does leave a mark then wash the clothing as soon as possible according to its washing instructions. If the mark has not come out try the following: mix 1 part washing detergent with 2 parts water and leave this to soak into the clothing for a few hours. Rinse it out and wash it again.
