Do you have a question? Have you already tried to find the answer on our site? At the top of each page you will find a search field where you can enter your key words. That is how you find the information that we put in blogs, product descriptions or other pages for you.

How do I use the reward points system?


You receive reward points when you purchase products in our web shop. For every euro spent you receive one reward point. The reward points are registered to your account. It is therefore important that you register an account with us before placing an order so that you can make use of the reward points system.

When you have saved 100 reward points you can action your points. For 100 points you receive €3, - discount. The reward points can only be redeemed when this amount has been reached. The points can be actioned in the last step of the ordering process, in the payment part in step 3 ‘Payment’. Always log in to your account if you are going to place an order otherwise you cannot use your reward points. The points are not redeemable on the non-profit product Suncover, samples or delivery costs.

Can I have a refund if I am not satisfied with the products? What is 'satisfaction guaranteed'?


If your skin does not react well to the ordered products, then you will receive a refund. For this first contact our customer services via Customer Service Contact.


When will my order be sent?


If you place an order via our web shop on a work day before 23:30, your order will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after 23:30 on a work day, the order will be dispatched the following day. If you place an order after 23:30 on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday. My password doesn’t work


You can request a new password via our website. It is important that you always copy the password from the e-mail and paste it into the relevant box.


How can I return products?

To expedite the returns process, we kindly request that you first contact our customer service before returning a parcel or product. You can do this via Customer Service Contact.


How do I receive my invoice?

After you have placed and paid for your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This confirmation will include the invoice for the order. You will not receive a paper invoice from us.


Which methods of payment can I use at Dr. Jetske Ultee?


Via our website you can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Maestro, MisterCash, Ideal or Sofort Banking.


How much is the delivery cost for my order?


All deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free. For other countries, please check the 'delivery cost' as mentioned in the order form after you have chosen your delivery country. If you wish to know the shipping costs, you can also contact us via Customer Service Contact.
