The following topics are covered here: What is a good cosmetic cream and what do we know about beauty food? Explanation about the correct beauty routine and my favourite products.<\/p>\n<p>Very briefly, I advise searching for good products which do not contain unnecessary ingredients that can be harmful to your skin. A healthy diet is essential for healthy skin. Once again I choose sun cream as my favourite product, together with the exfoliant. The latter is less well known in the Netherlands. I will explain the features and function of this product in my blog this week as part of the step by step plan.
